Hope Card

The Hope Card program is a statewide initiative that allows anyone who is a protected party on a final Order of Protection to request a physical or digital Hope Card.

A physical Hope Card is a durable, wallet-sized card that contains a summary of the information about a final Order of Protection that is delivered to the protected party by mail. A digital Hope Card provides a secure link to an image of the final Order of Protection, delivered by email or text message.

Hope Cards are FREE. A protected party can request a Hope Card through this web portal or by paper form at any court that can issue an Order of Protection. For more information about the Hope Card program, visit the Frequently Asked Questions page.
